Hey! this looks great. as for the eyebrow issue, attaching 2 small servos with gears on then, mounted sideways to the z axis, and geared to a long tooth piece that is attached to the eyebrow would fix it, theoretically. how i understand it, you seem to have sufficient space at the very top and bottom of his innards for this, but i might have not explained it very well.
